Whats inside a nebula?

what would you see if you were to go inside a nebula? well not many people kniow because its almost impossible to send a manned craft that far away from earth (sh-2-216 nebula is the closest to earth and its about 400 light years away) but it is known that on the inside there would be plent of dust and other debris, but also, newborn stars. since nebulae are the birthplace of stars, you are bound to see at least a few if you were to go inside a nebula (note: not all nebulae form stars, see "types of nebulae" for details)
